YO-DAN RESTOCKS
Restocks happen once a month. New works are uploaded and available to purchase through our online store. Each piece is individually photographed, so the piece in the photo is the one you will receive when purchased. Please sign up for YO-DAN updates to receive restock dates and times.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash all blown glass pieces. Not microwave or dishwasher safe. Do not store glass in direct sunlight.
Sterling Silver pieces can be cleaned using a silver polish and clean cloth. Silver polish will not effect the glass components.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.Please contact us within: 7 days of delivery. Post items back within: 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns or exchanges are assessed on an individual basis, so please message us if there is an issue. Broken or damaged goods on arrival may be returned, however "change of mind" is not accepted. Change of mind due to not reading order processing or ship times are not accepted. Returns due to a slight (up to 5 business day) delay in processing time are not accepted. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

GIFT WRAPPING
YO.DAN offers FREE gift wrapping including a message tag. Please let us know if you would like your order gift wrapped and what you would like your message to say.
WHOLESALE AVAILABILITY
YO.DAN designs are available for wholesale. A minimum order does apply and we do not offer consignment. Please contact us for our wholesale terms and price list.
SHIPPING
Shipping may take anywhere from 1-7 business days for major Australian cities and perhaps longer if you are in a rural country town. The rest of the word can take anywhere from 3-45 business days. Please keep in mind that jewellery orders are made to order and have a one week turnaround. Express shipping is available upon check out. All shipping times stated are an estimate based on The Australia Post website. Please Note; YO.DAN studio has no control over Australia Post or customs. If an order is held up due to customs or Australia Post, YO.DAN studio is not liable for a delay in shipment.
